Absolutely LOVE The this cookbook. It is filled with new recipes that are very kid friendly. My kids have already attached post-it notes to half of the recipes in the book (to mark what they want me to make). We have had the cookbook only a few days and have already made four recipes. We loved them all and can’t wait to make more this weekend. It will certainly make the FBD easier for me to follow!
If you a Flat Belly Dieter, you should be aware that only a few recipes give the FBD serving size as a measure (ie. 1 cup = a FBD serving). For most recipes, you are going to have to divide the dinner into serving sizes (usually 4), take out your serving and then feed your family.
