Wednesday, September 22nd, 2010The menu runs on a 15 working day cycle (3 weeks). The cycle runs continuously meaning that you do not receive the same menu items on the first of each month. As an existing client you do not have to redo your selection with every new month, meaning that your selection will be kept on record. You will however, be reminded to check for any changes to the menu, as new menu items are added from time to time. For this you would have to scroll through the menu. The menu items that have been changed will be highlighted and in red to make them easy to find. You would then select the desired item from the pop down and your new menu selection will be saved accordingly. You can also opt for a complete change to your menu selection but please note that the latest selection will be saved.
How to place your orderOnce you have completed the personal details section, the next screen will take you to the food menu screen. You will notice a total in the top right corner of the screen. This total represents a full months order (or for the portion of the month, relative to when you log on) and will adjust automatically as you select specific meals. You have the option to take all daily meals (from breakfast to dinner, from Monday to Friday) or to build a meal plan more suited to you schedule.
If for instance you do not want to receive any breakfasts, go to the breakfast tab and click on the tick box marked “I don’t want any breakfasts. You can also select the breakfasts that you do want to receive. Use the pop down menu on the relevant date to deselect one particular breakfast. The pop down feature also allows you to select different meals, should the standard menu item not be to your taste or requirement. Please note that alternatives are not necessarily the same price as the generic menu item. This will allow you to build a plan around your budget.
Why can I only access the menu from a certain dateThis is because orders for earlier dates have been closed.
Order deadlinesPlease note that orders for the following Monday close by 3pm on Thursdays.
You can also place an order several weeks in advance.
New clients will only have access to the current month’s menu and will be charged accordingly, meaning that if your plan starts on the 6th day of a 20 day (working days) month, your order will be for a 15 day plan. Existing clients will have access to the following month’s menu by the 20th of the month. All clients will receive an email reminder on the 20th of each month to log on and make your selection for the following month. Should we not have your information by the 24th of the month you will be contacted by telephone. Orders cannot be given over the telephone.
Group ordersDiscounted rates apply to groups that have the same delivery address, or where the order is for 2 or more people. A percentage discount will be authorized by the administrator.
Who qualifies for group rates?

Once you have completed the personal details form a table will appear illustrating existing groups. You can either choose to belong to an existing group or to create a group of your own. Existing groups have certain requirements which will be listed on the group order page. If you would like to create your own group access the link on the group orders page, which will send a message to the administrator. You will receive a response within 24 hours notifying you whether the group has been authorized and at what rate of discount.
Creating your menu templatesFor clients logging on for the first time there is a relatively large amount of information that will need to be captured. Please note that this information will make it much easier when ordering in the future.
Should you opt for the one month eating plan, you will be required to create a standard menu template and then out make your selections specific for the month.
By creating the standard menu selection you can place a standard order every month without having to edit the entire menu from scratch, and then simply deselect a specific meal that you do not require within that month.
This is best illustrated in an example:
Creating a standard template for a client that requires Lunch, Afternoon Snack, Afternoon Drink and Dinner from Monday to Friday
Deselect all breakfasts in the breakfast tab, using the tick box.
Do the same in the morning snack tab.
Access the lunch tab and select all lunches (because you want lunch from Monday to Friday for the entire month).
Edit the lunch menu, by using the pop down on each day, should you wish to choose another menu item other than the standard menu item, or leave the lunch menu as is if you are happy with the standard selection.
Repeat this process in the afternoon snack, and dinner tabs.
The above process is once off and would only require editing if you wish to change your standard requirement (perhaps you decide in a few months that you would prefer to include breakfasts in your order).
Once this process is complete you can access the monthly menu by going to the place your next order button on the main menu screen
You can now deselect a specific meal or meals on a specific day (Perhaps you have a schedule conflict next Wednesday and do not require lunch).
You are now ready to place your order
Processing the orderOnce you have completed your selection you will be able to view your pro-forma invoice. The pro-forma will illustrate a breakdown of your order including totals for breakfast, morning snack lunch, afternoon snack, dinner and delivery. This screen is followed by the online payment screen. Please note that payment is required in advance and no order will be considered processed until payment has been made.
Once payment has been processed you will receive an invoice via email. You will also be contacted by telephone to confirm the order (within 24 hours).
